Refund and Returns Policy

At Majid Excursion, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional travel experiences. However, we understand that plans can change, and we have outlined our refund and return policy below.
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed once full payment is received. A confirmation email will be sent to you with the details of your tour.
2. Cancellation by the Customer
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees apply:
- More than 30 days before the tour: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- 15 to 30 days before the tour: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund.
3. Cancellation by Majid Excursion
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather conditions or other emergencies), we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reschedule your tour or receive a full refund.
4. Changes to Your Itinerary
If you wish to make changes to your itinerary after booking, please contact us at least 14 days before your tour. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of your cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
6. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected events that may lead to cancellations or changes in your travel plans.
